Having arrived at the airport (half an hour drive away) in the early hours of the morning, and then having a taxi driver who would be rated as one of the two worst taxi drivers ever encountered over many years of travel which left us arriving at the hotel an hour and a half later, the staff were, very refreshingly, very welcoming. Check in was processed very quickly and efficiently to allow us to at least have a little sleep before embarking out later that day. Having as tour arranged for the next two days, the receptionist was exceptional in ensuring that the tour operators were advised of our arrival and confirming of pick-up details. Absolutely wonderful assistance. Room provided was very large and contained a large comfortable bed as well as an additional single one. The room also had a wonderful work bench to work from while sitting in front of a large window overlooking the neighborhood. Also contained comfortable chairs, small bedside table and a large wardrobe to ensure there was no issues with storage. En-suite bathroom was large and contained an exceptional high water pressure shower. Both handheld and overhead. Excellent free Wi-fi, although this is not secured so, care needs to be taken with any personal information provided over the internet. English is not a common language in Morocco, but the staff here were very good (most of the time) understanding our requirements and meeting our needs. It also provides a wonderful breakfast (at additional cost) and has two on-site restaurants, both of which appear to be very popular, so reservations are recommended.

The highlight of my experience was the incredible staff, who were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The breakfast buffet was absolutely out of this world, featuring a delightful array of fresh, local ingredients. From delicious pastries to hearty Moroccan dishes, each bite was a treat. Overall, JM Suites Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Casablanca, offering exceptional service and a memorable dining experience! Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! From the moment I arrived at the hotel they were welcoming. They accommodated my late check-in time (flight got in late) and were very kind and helpful at check-in. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and great pillows. The breakfast was excellent but you had to pay extra. There was plenty of variety of fruit, grains, cereal, dried fruit and nuts, juices, Moroccan and western. The staff was extremely helpful with directions. It was Ramadan so the restaurants inside were closed but they had a nice room service. The bed and shower were wonderful with a white robe hanging for use after the shower! They even accommodated me 2 hours earlier than check-in time. Thank you!

The housekeeping staff clean the rooms everyday, provide fresh towels, mineral water bottles, tea & coffee sachets. The breakfast spread is good, but a small change would be nice. It could get boring after a day. The location is at 3 minutes walk from the sacred heart church and a park.
